The Model 40 is an anti-siphon vacuum breaker protected wall faucet (ASSE Standard 1011, CSA Certified, UPC/IAPMO Listed) designed for use in non-freezing areas. Available in two models:

This product is tested and listed to an ASSE standard. The standard states that this product is not intended to be used for over 12 hours of continuous use.

For maximum protection, vacuum breaker replacement every three to five years is strongly recommended
